Alicia is a National Board Certified therapist, with 1250 hours of bodywork training and over 8 years of
experience in the field. She is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and a Licensed Massage Therapist. Her
specialties are Deep Tissue Muscle Sculpting, CranioSacral Therapy, and Sensory Repatterning (movement
based).She has found that clients often benefit from an exclusively tailored blend of techniques.

Alicia has worked extensively, along-side chiropractors on issues stemming from accidents, injuries, and
chronic pain. Although her clinical experience is broad, she also specializes in Somatic Therapy working
with emotional release through both energy work & deep tissue techniques. Alicia understands the need to
treat the whole being, releasing both physical pain and emotional trauma.

She is passionate about her work, continually expanding her knowledge and discovering new methods to
help her clients. In addition, Alicia teaches various modalities. She is an instructor at IPSB (International
Professional School of Bodywork) College in San Diego, CA & at CRSMT (Costa Rica School of Massage
Therapy) in Samara Beach, Costa Rica. She looks forward to assisting you with your well being.

David is a specialist in Integrated Massage Combination treatments and has the personal experience with
massage to bring a very creative flow into his work. After a serious back injury he discovered massage therapy
and has been involved in learning more about alternative healing techniques ever since. He takes everything he
has learned from his own healing experiences and applies it to each treatment session he gives.

David was certified by Dr. Ticen at Calistoga Massage Therapy School in Santa Rosa. He started his career in
historic Calistoga, CA. While working at Dr. Wilkinson's Hot Springs Resort & Spa he gained experience working
on many different issues and types of people. He has aslo taken many advanced courses in other healing
techniques.
