therapists have earned a certification from an accredited massage school. We pride ourselves in the

David Hopkins - CMT
Owner/Founder of Royal Care Lifestyle

David offers a unique combination of massage therapy techniques.
With a firm and focused touch David is able to create a massage
experience like no other. He is a specialist in Integrated Massage
Combination treatments and has the personal experience with
massage to bring a very creative flow into his work. After a serious
back injury David discovered massage therapy and has been involved
in learning more about alternative healing techniques ever since. He
takes everything he has learned from his own healing experiences and
applies it to each treatment session he gives.

David was certified by Calistoga School of Massage Therapy and went right to work full time in
historic Calistoga, CA. While working at Dr. Wilkinson's Hot Springs Resort & Spa he gained
experience working on many different issues and types of people. One thing that David was
always told by his clients is that they wanted to come in for more massage treatments but were
unable to afford the expensive costs. After much research on ways to receive affordable massage
treatments, David noticed that massage clinic membership, going to massage schools or clinics,
and using a first time discount is how most people are able to get the affordable massage therapy
they need.

Alicia is a National Board Certified therapist, with 1250 hours of
bodywork training and over 8 years of experience in the field. She
is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and a Licensed Massage
Therapist. Her specialties are Deep Tissue Muscle Sculpting,
CranioSacral Therapy, and Sensory Repatterning (movement
based).

Alicia offers various other treatments, including NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy- trigger points),
Circulatory (Swedish, Esalen, & Lymphatic Movement), Thai Massage (assisted yoga & deep
compressions), Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Jin Shin Acutouch (energy work), 2nd & 3rd
trimester pregnancy massage, and nutritional consultation. She has found that clients often
benefit from an exclusively tailored blend of techniques.

Alicia has worked extensively, along-side chiropractors on issues stemming from accidents,
injuries, and chronic pain. Although her clinical experience is broad, she also specializes in
Somatic Therapy working with emotional release through both energy work & deep tissue
techniques. Alicia understands the need to treat the whole being, releasing both physical pain and
emotional trauma. She is passionate about her work, continually expanding her knowledge and
discovering new methods to help her clients.

In addition, Alicia teaches various modalities. She is an instructor at IPSB (International
Professional School of Bodywork) College in San Diego, CA & at CRSMT (Costa Rica School of
Massage Therapy) in Samara Beach, Costa Rica. She looks forward to assisting you with your
well being.

Shayne White- CMT

Shayne's interest in massage grew from a natural inclination for hands-on work that came from his
harp background, and from a journey toward better health and natural medicine. In spring 2005 he
attended and graduated from the Calistoga Massage Therapy School in Santa Rosa and trained in
deep tissue massage the following year. He also studied the technique of reflexology throughout this
time. Initially working on family and friends and receiving excellent feedback, he went on to start his
own massage business with the goal of improving the physical and spiritual well-being of others.

Shayne's other interests include writing, astronomony, history, movies, gardening, and organic
cooking. If you happen to call ahead for your appointment early enough, he might be able to bring
you some home-made cookies if you but ask.

William Bushey Jr.- CMT

William is a graduate of Utah Collage of massage with over 800 hours of training. With
execellent stratigies and intense precision Will is able to get to the muscles you may not
even know you had.

Alexandra has great energy and super massage techniques to bring your stress and pain levels
down.

Shayne is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, in California. Growing
up in Marin and Sonoma Counties, he was homeschooled by his mom
and began learning to play the Celtic harp, eventually joining his family's
Celtic music group Distant Oaks, which has toured through the western
United States as well as Scotland and Ireland. Shayne has recorded several
albums with Distant Oaks and also released a solo CD of original
electronic music in 2003.

Phillip offers a strictly non-sexual, yet deep and nurturing professional
massage. Nationally certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork
(NCTMB), He has four years of experience with over 500 hours of training
with certifications in Esalen Massage, Trigger Point Release, Chair Massage,
Clinical Deep Tissue and Advanced Bodywork and Massage.

Brooke has graduated from Calistoga Massage Therapy School she has studied Swedish
Massage and is exited to explore the field much further. She is currently expanding into Deep
Tissue techniques. Brooke has brought her years of customer service experience along with
her positive attitude towards the healing field and team building skills to Royal Care Lifestyle.
